2023 Program

Grafting Walnuts - bark and whip

The first grafting session took place at the end of April 2023. Many thanks to the U.C. Davis staff and related published resources and videos. This particular example represents bark grafting on an American Walnut with Carpathian/English walnut branches. Whip grafting was not performed. Grafting takes time, requires years of expertise, and adult supervision is always required.
